This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “Licensee”) and Font Workshop (“Licensor”) for the use of the font software (“Font(s)”) provided by Font Workshop. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Font Workshop font, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
Font Workshop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Font(s) under the terms of the license(s) you purchase:

a. Desktop License
Allows installation on a specified number of computers for use in static designs, including print materials, product packaging, PDFs, presentations, and e-books.
Prohibited: Use in logos/trademarks, apps, websites, or any dynamic media.

b. Web License
Permits embedding fonts on websites using @font-face. Licensing is based on the number of monthly pageviews.
Prohibited: Use in apps, logos, social media graphics, or broadcast content.

c. App License
Allows embedding of fonts into mobile apps, desktop software, or video games across platforms like iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. One license per app title.

d. Logo License
Grants rights to use the font in a trademarked logo or wordmark. This is a perpetual license for a single brand identity.

e. Social Media License
Permits the use of fonts in digital content created for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others. Includes posts, profile assets, stories, and ads.

f. Broadcast License
Covers use in video content distributed via TV, streaming, film, or digital video platforms. Suitable for title sequences, lower-thirds, commercials, and trailers.

g. Enterprise License
Custom license for large-scale use across multiple departments, brands, or digital products. Contact us at mail@fontworkshop.com for details.

2. Ownership
You are licensing the Font(s), not purchasing ownership. All rights, title, and interest in the Font(s) remain with Font Workshop.

3. Restrictions
Unless explicitly permitted in your license:

You may not share, sell, rent, or sublicense the Font(s).

You may not embed or include the Font(s) in hardware, server-side applications, or online generators without explicit permission.

You may not convert, modify, reverse-engineer, or rename the Font(s) without written consent.

You may not use the Font(s) for crypto/NFT, AI training, or blockchain-related projects unless expressly licensed.

4. Font Modification
You may outline the font in a design or adjust kerning/spacing in software, but modifying the font software itself (e.g., altering glyphs or code) is prohibited without written permission.

5. Trial Fonts
Trial versions of our fonts are provided for evaluation purposes only. They must not be used in public-facing or commercial work unless a proper license is obtained.

6. Warranty & Liability
Font Workshop Font(s) are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—arising from the use or inability to use the Font(s), including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or legal claims.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you breach any terms, the license will automatically terminate, and you must delete all copies of the Font(s). Font Workshop reserves the right to revoke licenses for non-compliance.

8. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of United States of America.
