At Font Workshop, we offer high-quality digital fonts for creative professionals around the world. Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

1. Digital Product Policy
All fonts and digital goods sold on this website are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or delivered. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

2. Exceptions — Refunds May Be Issued If:
We may consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same font or license more than once.
  • Corrupt or Broken File: The font file is not working or cannot be installed, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: You received the wrong font or license, and the correct one is unavailable.
  • Unauthorized Charge: A refund may be issued if a transaction was made fraudulently or without your permission.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been successfully downloaded or used.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Description of the issue

4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in loss of access to future purchases.
